AFLAC premiums will no longer be paid through Union dues. If you choose to continue to be covered by AFLAC for disability you must contact Benefits Harbor prior to June 20, 2024 and set up a personal payment method.

As of July 1, 2024 EBS is the new disability vendor for AT&SFF members. These premiums will be removed from your BNSF pay check through payroll deduction.
EBS also has additional programs for your consideration. Please see the attached information for the options available. These options are available through EBS not the Federation Office.
